I walked into Forever 21 in the beginning of this year & saw this top:

Zip it up or zip it down. Either way, this is a hit amongst fashionistas today. Best part about this top is that its long enough to wear it with your leggings or even to be tucked in with a high-waist skirt or pants. Another awesome way to wear it is with a cardigan/jacket. *slurps*
